Account information incorrect. I XXXX XXXX continuously contact XXXXXXXX XXXX multiple times about this fraudulent charge on my account for {$290.00} on XXXX XXXX. The representative claimed they forwarded it to the fraudulent specialist but I was never contacted. I XXXX XXXX again contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The supervisor stated to me that there where going to forward my complaint to the fraudulent team. No one ever gave me a call or send me mail to my home.XXXX XXXX XXXX again contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Finally on XX/XX/XXXX am email was sent to my email stating that XXXXXXXX XXXX sent my concerns to the fraudulent team. I am still waiting!
