However the sales person specifically stated they can pull my XXXX application & have the funds sent directly over so I don't have to go to the branch to sign or pick up documents and the check. He asked for my information for the buyers order. However I get 6 credit alerts and a manager coming out to tell me it was a mistake and oh well nothing they're doing about it.
