Account status incorrect. I am XXXX XXXX and I am reporting this on my own behalf. XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax are reporting incorrect information on my consumer report. In accordance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 US CODE 1681 ( a ) ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) : the term consumer report does not include any report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. By law, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account as late for any purpose and since I never gave my express written instructions to furnish this, the late payments on my consumer report are incorrect and have been made in error.
