Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I have been reaching out to the credit bureaus for a while now asking for them to delete these inaccurate hard inquires and addresses on my credit profile, the bureaus keep telling me the inquires and addresses came back verified and I asked the bureaus to show me proof on how they came back verified and I have not yet gotten a response, and at this point I feel my rights are being violated and this is why I came to the CFPB for help. The Credit bureaus violated these laws 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681 section 623 ( 9 ) ( b ) ( 2 ) The credit bureaus
