Personal information incorrect. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a complaint with the CFPB against Experian regarding incorrect names and addresses on my credit report with Experian. Despite uploading my ID Theft Report filed with the FTC and a police report filed with the XXXX XXXX crimes unit ( XXXX ), Experian REFUSED to delete the fraudulent names and addresses from my credit report. Prior to the CFPB complaint, I sent not less than 4 certified mail letters to Experian requesting the removal of these fraudulent names and addresses from my credit report to which they never responded.
