Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I filed a dispute complaint through XXXX, Transunion and XXXX Credit Bureaus about information being report on my file, and what the Credit Bureaus keep sending back over and over is that they verified the information and XXXX XXXX verified the account is mine. I am not disputing that the account is mine, what I am disputing is the balance that XXXX XXXX XXXX keeps reporting as being mine, it is not mine, and they are reporting it as being delinquent which has and still is affecting my credit score tremendously. I did not sign a contract with them for a credit card, the card that was sent to me by them did not have an Annual Fee, 2 months after I paid my account in full XX/XX/2022 they sent me an email saying that my account was del
