XXXX XXXXXXXX # XXXX amount is {$110.00} and bought XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX # XXXX amount is {$70.00} and bought XXXX XXXX. XXXX is {$180.00}. Th above XXXX items ordered and returned to the merchant Return Receipt with tracking number provided to Citi Bank dispute team. But Citi Bank XXXX department denied refund and saying I did return items and I'm responsible for {$180.00}. They were saying that they were going to report to the all XXXX major credit card agencies.
