Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. There are XXXX ( XXXX ) Department of Education Loans ( XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) on my credit report showing to be opened in XXXX and being over XXXX missed payments each. Both of these accounts were opened prior to XXXX and the last voluntary payment on either account was in XXXX. The accounts keep getting fraudulently " reagged '' to keep them on all XXXX credit reports ( XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX ) even though they were defaulted over XXXX years ago. Each time the loans get transferred they treat it like a new account and start the XXXX year reporting window over even though this was without my consent. I have disputed this with all XXXX agencies and directly with Department of Education ; however, nothing is done to r
