Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I called the Experian after I purchased a credit report with Experian on XX/XX/XXXX. After receiving a copy of my report, I saw this XXXX account on my personal profile, I noticed that there was a erroneous Account on my credit report which is misleading to me. I sent a letter to Experian on XX/XX/XXXX. I believe they have failed to authenticate this account in line with Sections 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ).
