Investigation took more than 30 days. On XX/XX/XXXX, I dispute a car loan with credit acceptance corp. In the amount of XXXX, which is not the first time I have dispute this account. I settled this out back in XXXX and was told by company the account will be closed as settlement. Since I have disputed this back in XXXX of XXXX the company has filed to respond and it has now been 38 days and counting. Under FDCPA your company have violated my right due to failure to respond. You failed to provide contract and payment history. I want this account removed from my credit report or I will file a complaint with the general attorney office and hire an attorney and sue for damages you are causing.
