Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (AL)

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I am recently out of XXXX and have made arrangements with my creditors to pay my debts. My payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX show a decreasing balance but my credit score is not reflecting this. The message on my credit report says, " this account needs your attention. '' It is showing negatively. I have reached out to the credit bureaus to dispute the info several times. XXXX says its up to the credit bureau to update my credit score. Please help!!
