Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (TX)

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. On XX/XX/2023 I've filed a complaint with Experian regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX, Account # XXXX and Account # XXXX. I've reported inaccuracies on the accounts and asked it to be deleted. I have been noticing that lately, instead of following the 15 U.S. Code 1681b that estates that the Credit Bureaus need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumer 's rights to privacy, they have been ignoring our requests and just updating information instead of deleting as the law requires to. 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i )- is very specific in regards to the exclusion sections ; 15 U.S. Code 1681b is very specific in regards to fairness, impartiality
