Debt was result of identity theft. My identity was stolen to open Utility accounts in XXXX TX at addresses I do not recognize. XX/XX/2023 - I received mail about collections accounts that were open fraudulently XX/XX/XXXX XXXX called Online Information Services XXXX report the fraud. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX called again, but they said that there is nothing they can do, that I have to prove my case. They said that it will not be removed from my credit report until I pay it. They asked me to return forms that would provide them all of my personal information which I do not wish to share with them.
