Account status incorrect. SCRATCH FINANCIAL INC has incorrectly reported that we didn't pay the balance in full on time even though the main report shows paid in full on time every single month, they have reported we missed a payment of {$18.00} at the end of the loan which is 100 % incorrect. we always paid {$98.00} on time every month then we get a random {$18.00} report we were never made aware of- We even paid the the {$18.00} just to be safe even though we didn't think it was owed due to the website saying account is " paid in full on time ''. this is 100 % accounting error and is holding me back from finically being able to go forward on a new home. Please see screen shots of them reporting all 100 % paid on time but then accidentally reporting a missed payment.
