Billing problem. Company has consistently refused to provide monthly statements, either mailed or electronic. Users are unable to view anything other than a balance when accessing their online 'portal '. Calls to customer service reps have resulted in being told that they do not provide statements to their customers. I wasn't event provided with a complete account number when I was approved for the loan.
