None. On XX/XX/2023, {$15000.00} was taken out of my Bank of America XXXX account via XXXX. This happened as I sat in the bank lobby waiting to talk to a banker and after a teller confirmed that I was talking to Bank of America XXXX department on my phone. By the time I saw the banker, my savings account had been drained. Both Bank of America and XXXX refuse to refund any money because I authorized the transactions. I did under their direction. I have filed a police report and have filed complaints with both Bank of America and XXXX. Ive already received the rejection letters from Bank of America. I just want my money back.
