Old information reappears or never goes away. I began receiving collection letters and calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I had an outstanding debt that was placed for collection. I was told that I couldn't be sued for the debt because of the age of the debt and it being statute of limitations expired. I sent a letter requesting detailed information about the debt because I had no knowledge of the debt and wanted verification. I never received the requested verification of the debt. I then began receiving notices ( both by mail and telephone calls ) from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that they were trying to collect the debt for XXXX XXXX XXXX.
