Debt was result of identity theft. XX/XX/XXXX - Landlord set up my account with XXXX XXXX without my knowledge, only mentioned I needed to have electricity set up to move in. XX/XX/XXXX - Utilities were disconnected without notice. Spoken with a XXXX XXXX supervisor over the phone that because I did not set up the account, they would close the account and I do not owe anything. XX/XX/XXXX - Debt collection company Convergent Outsourcing called that I owe {$66.00} debt to XXXX XXXX. I tried to verify the debt but they were unable to do so. Due to constant harassment, I called up XXXX XXXX to pay the {$66.00} but they were unable to offer a receipt, although I have it recorded on my bank statement posted on XX/XX/XXXX.
