Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. I had a total XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2021 during the height of Covid and started physical therapy shortly after at XXXX XXXX XXXX because it was the closet to my home. Really was not the best of service so after several visits I changed to another physical therapy company across town. Upon transfer for my last visit with XXXX I made sure to ask what was my amount due to pay if any and was told by the Lead Therapist that insurance had taken care of amounts. I never received ANY bill, correspondence or notification of monies due but had an account to be forwarded directly to a collections agency. ( WHY ). All other monies through this XXXX with physician, hospital and even therapy have been paid as agreed. So to never receive any bills from XXXX but hav
