Account status incorrect. It is TRANSUNION 's duty pursuant to the FCRA to be reporting correct and accurate information on my credit report and file, however they are NOT. TRANSUNION is reporting 4 inaccurate late payments for the XXXX account ending in XXXX. These include a 30 day late payment posted in XX/XX/XXXX, a 60 day late payment posted in XX/XX/XXXX, a 90 day late payment posted in XX/XX/XXXX and a 120 day late payment posted in XX/XX/XXXX. These are incorrect and supposed to be reported as PAID AS AGREED. Furthermore, pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ), a consumer report does NOT contain information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. A transaction constitutes these late payments resulting in TRANSUNION
