Other problem getting your report or credit score. I have recently applied for a Chase credit card and been approved. After setting up my account, I tried to use XXXX XXXX. The system told me I need to call, as there was a problem and they needed further info. I have called three different agents. Every time I call, I have to enter my full Social Security Number and my date of birth. After being connected to the agent, the agents ask me for the Social Security Number again. I am very concerned giving my SSN to somebody over the phone. I don't understand, why Chase would need to have that twice and why there is no safer way to identify me. This seems to be reckless. Also the agents were completely incompetent and I assume they were located somewhere in XXXX. Is this a third party ca
