Information is missing that should be on the report. On XX/XX/23 XXXX XXXX removed my credit card from transunion and my score dropped XXXX points the credit card is still active, in good standing and currently reporting on all other credit bureaus. I called transunion on XX/XX/23 and they said I needed to contact XXXX XXXXXXXX if I wanted it added back I then called XXXX XXXX and they gave me intrusions on where to mail the request and what information to include in my letter I then sent the letter out that same day to XXXX XXXX asking them to add my credit card back to my transunion and I havent heard back about it I did a follow up call last week and no one could tell me anything I need this resolved swiftly
