Can't close your account. My account has been frozen by the bank, which is Bank of America I cant access my funds. Ive also been told by the bank that my account has been frozen for fraud since XX/XX/2023 XXXX of the month I have also tried numbers of times to try to find out why its been frozen they keep give me 3 to 5 business days, not even telling me why and I cant access my money and I cant draw it out. I transfer money from my checking to my savings which is all cash and I was not able to withdraw it or move it and no ones telling me why I went to the bank multiple times which is three times and I have not gotten an answer through the bank call risk protection I havent got not gotten any answers. No one has gotten back to me to even tell me why just keep putting me off. Im hoping to
