Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NJ)

Investigation took more than 30 days. I have been requesting validation of the debt with proof of my name as a legal signature bearing my name since XX/XX/2022. I will enclose a picture of the US postal service offices certified mail receipt dated XX/XX/2022. I have requested to have these records corrected with the 3 credit reporting agencies with no success. I have tried to send all the letters I can politely requesting validation and I have yet to get proof and this company is reporting inconsistent information across the 3 credit reporting agencies. Enclosed I have a picture that is past the 30 days given with no investigation whatsoever into this account.
