Didn't receive terms that were advertised. Please see the attached documents. Citibank advertised {$1500.00} cash bonus for a new account with a specified minimum deposit kept in the account for a specified amount of time. I have met the terms. On trying to resolve the issue, they claim that the promotion was valid for different dates, but I am attaching the flyer which clearly specify the dates during which I opened my account. This has been a horrible experience, taking up a lot of my time, causing stress and interfering with my usually peaceful frame of mind.
