Account information incorrect. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX have all failed to help correct the inaccuracies in my consumer report. The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., is federal legislation enacted to promote the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of consumer information contained in the files of consumer reporting agencies. I will attach all three different accounts that is reporting inaccurate information on the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX If you can fix the information please do so if you can not figure out why all three Reporting agencies are furnishing inaccurate information YOU SHALL DELETE/REMOVE THE XXXXXXXX XXXX ACCOUNT ON ALL THREE CONSUMER REPORTS.
