Credit card or prepaid card — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (FL)

Overcharged for something you did purchase with the card. JP Morgan Chase is again failing to process disputes in accordance with the law. I reported a transaction I was overcharged on in writing on XXXX separate occasions over the past XXXX months. JP Morgan Chase has not replied at all except with irrelevant form letters about high volumes and delayed response times. It's now been more than XXXX weeks without acknowledgement or resolution. The last irrelevant form letter reply from chase was on XX/XX/2023.
