Credit card or prepaid card — Bread Financial Holdings, Inc. (WA)

You never received your bill or did not know a payment was due. Due to a previous complaint there was a cease and desist letter and this company promised to stop with illegal collection and harassment. The problem is that now they are claiming I owe all this money that I dont and they wont send me a bill to clear it up or accept payment. They are reporting this bogus amount due now to all three credit bureaus and given me no way to look at what the charges are to resolve or pay it. This has had a huge effect on my credit score bringing it from over 700 down to 500 something! This is unlawful and illegal. I want this removed from my credit report.
