Checking or savings account — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (NJ)

Account opened as a result of fraud. On XX/XX/23 XXXX, I received an e-mail from Bank of America that my 'Online application is in progress, ' for XXXX Banking Account XXXX which I never applied for. One minute later ( XXXX ), I received two additional e-mails, one telling me that my application was approved, and one welcoming me to online and mobile banking services. Calls to Bank of America were no help, with no way to contact their fraud department directly.
