Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I made a purchase for goods and services on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1700.00} from a company called XXXX XXXX ( XXXX Soles ) with my American Express Platinum card ending in XXXX. I did not receive the goods and or services from the company as promised and filed a dispute with American Express on XX/XX/XXXX. On the next day, my dispute was closed and the reason given was because I did not dispute the charge within 60 days after the purchase. I immediately contacted American Express and they reopened the case and I submitted multiple documents. The very next day on XX/XX/XXXX, the dispute was closed for the exact same reason. I again, reopened the dispute, this time online and then called in on XX/XX/XXXX
