Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I was contacted by XXXX XXXX repeatedly attempting to collect the debt and repeatedly told them I had an account with XXXX and it was not in collections. Consequently, my credit score went down and has kept me from buying a new home!
