Account status incorrect. this is my second time filling a complaint with BSI financial Services this all stared with my mortgage payment decreasing during covid. I called and asked about the issues and was reassured that there was no issues. at the end of XXXX my mortgage payment balloons to over XXXX from the previous XXXX the issue ends up coming up to being a tax issue I guess the forgot to apply all the taxes and just threw it on top of my current payments. cool no problem I end up paying over XXXX USD to fix the tax mistake they told me it was paid in full and my payments should go back down to XXXX not only was it a lie I'm still paying XXXX monthly with no real resolution I feel like they are just doing predatory things like marking my credit as 60 plus days delinquent for non paym
