Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I submitted a letter of dispute to Equifax by certified mail and it was received by an agent on XX/XX/. I recently received a notice from Equifax stating that they have no information on file for me based on the information that I submitted, which by the way was a notarized letter. I DO NOT understand why Equifax would even claim that my information does not exist. See attached letter and certified mail receipt. I believe that this is a stall tactic. The information reported on my consumer report ie : XXXX XXXX with a truncated account number XXXX.
