Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. XX/XX/2023, I received a debit card from XXXX XXXX for an account I did not open. I called XXXX XXXX the same day and reported this as fraud. In addition to the opened accoiunt, a credit card application through XXXX XXXX was still in process. I checked my credit report and found hard inquires from XXXX XXXX for these accounts. I have been assured that this bank account and credit card are either closed or canceled, but I have not received the promised letter to me and the credit bureau regarding this fraud, and it remains on my report. I have disputed this several times with XXXX without any notable investigation or success, although I have had success with TransUnion.
