Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I went to a XXXX XXXX in the XXXX called XXXX XXXX. Upon my arival the pool was green and missing chunks of marcite. I than said lets go to the beach the beach was closed because XXXX XXXX was in port and they had exclusive rights to the beach. we then proceeded back to the holtel for dinner and found out that half the resturants were closed becaused due to lack of customers. this was a completely wasted trip I was totally disatified and let the manager know. I never signed the bill due to my disatifaction. The XXXX charged my card that I held the reservation with. i contacted and wrote my dispute to capital one sent them pictures of the green pool they said matercard does not except pictures in disputes lo
