Problem with additional products or services purchased with the loan. In XXXX of XXXX we completed the purchase of a previoly ordered new vehicle with XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas. During the transaction there were several items added to the loan which were then appropriately cancelled & agreed in writing to be returned within a 6-8 week time period directly to FORD CREDIT , the loan leinholder. I have followed up 6 times ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Twice in XX/XX/XXXX, Twice in XXXX XXXX ) with the dealer asking for verification of resolution and have not received a clear response nor resolution. Additonally, I communicated with FORD CREDIT ( lienholder ) several times and they have shared that for each pending item, they still seemed to be sitting with the dealer to appropriately remit payme
