Debt collection — Rent Recovery Solutions (TX)

Debt was result of identity theft. I was never advised of the transfer of this debt. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer. I will be seeking legal assistance due to noncompliance with 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( e ) ( B ) and XXXX XXXX Compliance Standards, there are multiple deviations, deficiencies, inaccurate information, and unauthorized information listed on my credit report. Please remove these accounts referenced from my credit report.
