Reporting company used your report improperly. I am writing to dispute several accounts listed on my credit report that were opened fraudulently and without my permission. These accounts were reported to the credit reporting agencies without my written consent, which I believe violates Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( C ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Furthermore, the original furnisher of the information did not provide written consent for these accounts to be opened, which I believe violates Section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the FCRA.
