Debt was already discharged in bankruptcy and is no longer owed. I am the private student loan holder, XXXX XXXX and my dad is XXXX XXXX. He cosigned about 23 years ago and since then I've graduated with a bachelor 's and have made consecutive payments for over a year. Furthermore, my father filed for bankruptcy and they are suppose to leave him alone. The reason I'm filing a complaint is because I lost my job in XX/XX/2023 but still carried on paying the {$100.00} a month. It became too much to pay by XX/XX/2023 soni called Navient customer service at the end of XXXX requesting a temporary forbearance.
