Debt collection — Mandarich Law Group, LLP (IL)

Attempted to collect wrong amount. Mandarich Law Group , LLP sent a summons for an alleged credit card debt amount. However, they violated the FDCPA regulation F that states, " ( 3 ) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector ; '' They used a rushed and improper method, and therefore did not follow proper protocol, resulting in a faulty court trial case.
