I as a consumer have the right to privacy and Transunion has violated my right to privacy by furnishing private credit information under my name without my written consent or without authorization by a competent court having jurisdiction. Transunion was sent my proof of identity, identity theft report, and identification and a statement of what the law requires. They are required to black and delete these accounts within four business days of receiving my notice.
