Vehicle loan or lease — ALLY FINANCIAL INC. (NC)

Unable to receive car title or other problem after the loan is paid off. The car loan, amount for {$31000.00} was paid off by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to Ally Bank. The check was not found by Ally Bank. The XXXX XXXX Sent another check for the {$31000.00} with additional amount to pay for charges of {$160.00} XX/XX/XXXX, I called Ally Bank to request the title for the car. Ally Bank refused to send the title and wanted us to make additional payments. The car loan is paid off to them. See the copy of the checks attached below. They have reported my name to the Credit Bureau late for the month of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of this year. Thank you for your attention in this matter XXXX XXXX XXXX
