Mortgage — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (CT)

None. We had a loan modification done on our Mortgage. We went the the office of BOA with all the managers and other workers in presence of us signing the new payment and balance. They ( BOA ) proceeded to add on a balance of $ XXXX. Onto the end of our mortgage. Notification, reason. We have all our documents from that day with all the witnesss present and they had to sign. No where on it does it have the $ XXXX on it. They also sold our loan to XXXX XXXX. They are a debt collector. We are no longer behind on our payments. The only thing showing this money we owe that is NOT on our original modification Documentation. What are our options? Thanks Im advance XXXX XXXX
