Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NJ)

Information belongs to someone else. last month i reviewing my consumer reports, I noticed that their were a few errors and then after investigating I have realized that somehow I became a victim of identity theft. I am highly disappointed that the XXXX, XXXX XXXX and Equifax has knowing participating in reporting these accounts without verifying with me. over 40 days has past since I submitted my written request to have my consumer reports corrected and no one has contacted as of today.
