Information belongs to someone else. Experian is reporting multiple collections accounts to my consumer report that doesn't belong to. These accounts were fraudulently placed on my report in which I never gave any of the creditors ( listed in my letter ) consent to purchase my personal information nor did I give them permission to report these accounts to and credit reporting agency. That is violation of my right to privacy pursuant 15 U.S. Code 6802 - Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information. How can I owe a debt if there was never an agreement for me to pay a balance? I have no knowledge of these companies asking me to pay a debt where there was no mutual agreement.
