Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. My problem is with the credit reporting agency Experian. Experion is not including any of the credit I have on my credit report. This has negatively impacted my credit score. I have contacted creditors to ensure that they are reporting to Experian. My mortgage company sent a letter stating they have been reporting to Experian. The mortgage company stated in the letter that they contacted Experian to ensure the information was being received. Experion stated they had received the information, but they had an identity verification concern, and I would need to contact them. I attempted to contact Experian to resolve this issue.
