Information belongs to someone else. XXXX Credit Card was notified about fraudulent charges back in XXXX of 2023. The company issued a new card and I was told that I needed to pay on the fraud charges while there is an ongoing investigation, Under the Fair Credit Act it is illegal for any credit card company to seek payment on disputed/fraud charges, The employees of XXXX have no idea what they are doing and communication with the company is lacking. My credit report is now showing a late payment on fraud charges. This is a violation of my rights and that is why I am making this complaint.
