Account status incorrect. I previously use XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. On XXXX, 2022 my lease expires and I move to XXXX . I previously call XXXX to close my account on XXXX but they didn't close my account until XXXX and charged me for the entire month. I have called XXXX to close that account but they still keep charging me {$59.00} which equals the amount of the entire month. Regardless, According to N.J. Admin. Code 14:18-3.8, they must pro-rate the last month of the bill if it enters another billing period. I have called XXXX XXXX to settle down the account for {$30.00} but never get at least a {$30.00} refund back. Recently I realize XXXX put a record on my credit report that says I have {$59.00} past due. This is not correct and I shouldn't pay for that. This record impacts my cred
