Information belongs to someone else. On XX/XX/2023, I received an Alert from XXXX that a new account was posted to my Credit Report. According to the information a loan or lease account was opened with XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$58000.00}. Since it was on the Experian report, I immediately filed a Dispute Report to dispute the information since I had never heard of the company nor initiated any loans in XXXX. I also called XXXX and was connected with a Restoration Specialists. As was advised to file a Local Police Report, an FBI Report, and a Federal Trade Commission Report. All three reports have been filed. I also placed a fraud alert on my Credit Report with all 3 Credit reporting agencies. I was told to contact the company and tell them I was a victim of Identity Theft, which I did o
