Account information incorrect. I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX and returned in within their 30-day time frame. I never made any payments on the car, and didn't even know that the loan was on my credit report. I reached out to XXXX XXXX in early XXXX and was advised by the young lady that she would forward my issue to the Credit Dept. and that it could take up to 6 weeks to resolve. Well on XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to dispute the account and related balance directly with Experian. I uploaded the XXXX XXXX documents to the Experian portal. I received an update from Experian on XX/XX/XXXX that the outstanding car loan and balance was verified as ACCURATE. It makes no sense to cause me this much stress. Even if you call the XXXX XXXX XXXX number, that account has a XXXX balance. PLEAS
